The Texas Rising Director leads TFN’s flagship youth power-building program, Texas Rising, advancing a statewide strategy that develops young leaders and builds a durable, diverse base aligned with TFN’s core issue pillars. This role is responsible for ensuring Texas Rising serves as a primary pipeline for youth leadership, base expansion, and long-term movement infrastructure across Texas—including intentional growth across HBCUs, rural campuses, and historically underrepresented communities. TXR Advocacy and Field Organizer – Brownsville
The Advocacy and Field Organizer will work in Brownsville and will primarily focus on local and statewide advocacy on issues such as climate change, criminal justice, immigration, LGBTQIA+ equality, and voting rights. May also assist with voter registration efforts in the region and help manage a small team of organizers. This is a part-time position, working an average of 20-25 hours per week.
